Refund policy

As a small independent label with limited production, all CAVEAT garments are made to precise specifications. Due to the limited nature of our releases, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations at this time.

If there is an issue with your order—such as a damaged product or an incorrect item shipped—please contact us at contact@caveatstudio.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will assess the situation and work towards a resolution.

To be eligible for any resolution, items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, with all tags, packaging, and accompanying materials intact. Items that have been worn, washed, or altered will not be accepted.
